It’s the same as any sport…helping tennis players or runners is the same as helping a horse rider’s balance or a dog handler’s posture and CONFIDENCE.

  1. Fantastic walk. It would be fun to see more moves like this to incorporate into amorning walk..routine. maybe walk 3 steps fast istop and balance on one leg then quickly walk and balance on other leg thanks so much for all you do
